Papaya parfait

Recipes

A light and tasty breakfast that can be prepared in a few minutes. Add lime juice to the papaya to add zest.

iCook products used:

  1. 5-piece knife set

  2. Cutting board

Ingredients:

  1. ¼ papaya, cut into small pieces

  2. 250 g coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt

  3. 1 lime, juiced

  4. 4 tbsp granola

  5. 2 scoops (1 scoop = 10g) of Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder

  6. Optional: sweeten with 1 tsp honey

Preparation Method:

  1. Cut the papaya and pour the lime juice over the pieces.

  2. Mix the Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder into the yoghurt.

  3. Add the papaya and yoghurt into glasses and assemble in a layered look.

  4. Sprinkle the top with granola. Drizzle with honey if desired.
