Ingredients:
½ apple, sliced
75 g steel-cut oats
185 ml almond milk
1 g ground cardamom
1 sachet Nutrilite™ Fibre Powder
Apple slices for serving (optional)
Preparation Method:
Place the apple slices, oats, almond milk, cardamom and Fibre Powder in a blender and blend until well mixed but still chunky.
Place in a jar or glass and cool overnight. Top with optional apple slices when serving.
