Immunity Booster

Recipes

The abundance of vitamins and minerals in this delicious, immunity-boosting tonic will give your body an extra kick, better equipping you to fight disease and feel more revitalised than ever.

iCook products used:

  1. Wooden Cutting Board

  2. 5-Piece Knife Set

Ingredients:

  1. 3 oranges (or blood oranges), peeled and chopped

  2. 2.5 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped or finely grated

  3. 2.5 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped or finely grated

  4. 100 mL water

  5. 1 sachet Nutrilite™ Fibre Powder

Preparation Method:

  1. Place the oranges, ginger, turmeric, water and fibre powder in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

Tip: If you think your blender won’t be able to process the ginger and turmeric finely enough, grate them using a microplane grater before placing everything in the blender.
