These fresh ingredients make a colourful, nutritious smoothie – and the added protein powder makes it a perfect start to any day!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped

  2. 120 g grapes

  3. 1 orange, peeled and cut

  4. 100 ml water

  5. 10 g NUTRILITE All Plant Protein Powder

Method:

  1. Place all fruit and vegetables and NUTRILITE All Plant Protein Powder into your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
