Mixing Bowls with Lids
3 peaches (fresh can be substituted with canned ones)
100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp cognac or brandy
2 tbsp water or canned peach syrup
50 g sugar

Slice peaches into medium slices, transfer into mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of brandy and combine thoroughly.
Separate eggs. Blend egg yolks with sugar, remaining brandy and water and pour into the steamer. Whisk resulting mixture for 3-5 min. On a separate container, whisk egg whites using a mixer.
Combine whisked egg whites with yolk mixture. This will make the cream.
Fill serving bowls with berries and fruits. Pour the cream on top.
Place serving bowls into the steamer and cover with the lid. Cook in the steamer for 35 min.
