Ingredients:
225 g green beans
1.2 litre water
1 garlic clove
2 macadamia nuts (or 4 almonds)
200 g small prawns
2 tsp coriander
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
400 ml water and soy sauce mixture
2 bay leaves
8 thin slices of lemon
30 ml lemon juice
400 ml сoconut milk

Preparation method:
Boil green beans in salted water in a 3 litre saucepan until cooked. Then remove beans but reserve the water.
Sauté thinly sliced onion in the frying pan until it is soft.
Use a blender or finely chop the nuts, coriander and garlic with a knife. Then add all of them to the onion in the frying pan.
Add spices and coconut milk to the saucepan. Bring all the ingredients to the boil, add bay leaves, cook for another 15-20 min without covering.
Just before serving add prawns and green beans as well as lemon slices and lemon juice to the soup.
Fresh green beans can be substituted with frozen ones, and soy sauce can be added instead of coconut milk.
