120g of all-purpose flour
180g brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
400g cranberries (or lingonberry or tart cherries)
75g chopped walnuts
120g melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp almond extract
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
Combine the flour, sugar and salt. Stir in the berries and walnuts. Then stir in the butter, beaten eggs and almond extract.
Spread the batter in a non-stick pie pan.
Bake at 175 degrees C for 40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream (optional).
